Terms and Rules
- All trips are a 3 hour minimum. No exceptions.
- Rates are set per bus listed on each page
- Deposit: 50% due within 7 days of booking request then the date becomes available again if other inquiry. The remaining money is due by 30 days of the date which is subject to cancellation. 100% refundable reservation deposits for cancellations made 30 days or earlier before your trip. After 30 days, only half of your deposit is refundable.
- Security deposit: $250, refundable after the trip.
- Any passengers under 21 on the bus, no alcohol is allowed.
- Passenger list must be provided by one week prior to trip.
- Tolls & parking lot fees not included in rental price.
- Entrance to paid parking lots is not included and is at client’s responsibility. Please note, if parking is required, drivers will search for free parking if it is available, but if it is not, then paid parking must be used.
- Driver’s gratuity is not included in the price, unless stated otherwise, and is optional up to the client.
- Only PA trips at this time, no out of state trips.
